 Church & Call Centre Team

We need people with the following skills:

  • Experience of recruiting & working with volunteers

  • Organisational skills and ability to prioritise

  • Used to working on own initiative

  • Used to working with churches and large organisations

  • Experience interacting with church leaders / at a senior level

  • Ability to empathise and accurately record / relay issues of concern and set realistic expectations

  • Experience of managing customer service teams

  • Safeguarding, governance or audit

  • Meeting legal & regulatory requirements

  • Experience of managing a team

  • Awareness of quality assurance and monitoring outcomes

  • Experience of training volunteers

  • Familiarity with action learning processes

Marketing & Comms Team

Are you a..?

  • Graphic designer

  • PR & media relations manager

  • Web designer

  • Content manager

  • Editor or copywriter

  • Social media engagement manager

Are you at home working under tight timelines and attention to detail?

Do you have experience of a church or Christian and voluntary environment?

Are you familiar with writing and creating content for church leaders, Public engagement campaigns or, working with hard-to-reach audiences?

Do you have any of the following?

  • Technical development skills:
    - Web, cloud databases
    - Building / configuring process and workflow / service management systems

  • Project & product management skills

  • Experience supporting call centre systems and processes

  • Building metrics / monitoring / dashboards

  • Privacy, security and data protection

  • Enterprise service management and technical support
