Being able to lead through change has always been necessary but never before has it been felt so acutely.

Led by Alistair Jones from Cadence Leadership, This workshop will take into account the rapid change we have all experienced.

Exploring how we lead through change using two models, and how Covid-19 has transformed our churches our response. We will consider how we give confidence to those we are leading and how we approach the world and our communities we now live in with Covid in an agile way.
