Unemployment across the UK is at levels not seen for years, and it is expected to keep rising through 2021. Churches across the country have been working through the pandemic to equip people with the confidence, skills and mindset to get back into work.
Recognising this, YourNeighbour is helping local churches continue this vital work to get people back into work, changing the lives of individuals and families across the UK.
Resurgo works with local churches to run effective employability programmes. The Spear programme supports 16-24 year olds to enter the workplace and Re-work is for any adults who have lost their job as a result of the pandemic.
